Alia Bhatt may be shooting for Brahmastra in Bulgaria but beau Ranbir Kapoor's mum, Neetu, has been showering her with affection on Instagram. The two have been exchanging banter and sharing heart emojis. This has provided enough fodder for Bollywood's gossip mills. Netizens are saying that when it came to RK's former flames, Deepika Padukone and Katrina Kaif, mama Kapoor did not exactly warm up to them nor did they post messages to each other. A sign that Alia has the senior Kapoors' approval. Things are just getting better on the Alia and Ranbir front.

On the work front, Alia Bhatt recently wrapped up the schedule for her upcoming film Kalank. Kalank also features Sanjay Dutt, Varun Dhawan, Sonakshi Sinha, Madhuri Dixit-Nene and Aditya Roy Kapur. Abhishek Varman is directing the epic drama, which will hit the screens on April 19, 2019.

She will be also be seen with Ranveer Singh in Zoya Akhtar's "Gully Boy", apart from Ayan Mukherji's trilogy "Brahmastra" opposite Ranbir Kapoor.
