He emphasizes that sole calorie counting is an inferior way of weight loss in reference to nutrition. He stresses that calorie counting does not mean a low carb diet, as an individual may be consuming enough carbs on a low-calorie count and yet not losing any weight.

He advocates different strategies for muscle building and recommends workouts like cardio acceleration, HIIT, etc., for weight loss and muscle building. He has expertise in training people with injuries and advanced level workout backgrounds.

Rishi is also a proponent of weighted walks, an exercise protocol where an individual wears a weighted vest or ankle weights to gain muscle and lose fat. It is one of the safest, simplest, and most effective ways to gain muscle and lose weight simultaneously.

Rishi owns Studio RBFWG, a gym where he trains his international clients virtually. Over the years, Rishi has helped corporate honchos, including top management of Hero Motors and Modi Group, just to name a couple, achieve a physical transformation.
