Just like everyone else, Mr. Karthik Naidu was stuck at home. He had two choices: whether to entertain himself with all the movies and series on Netflix, Amazon Prime, and other OTT platforms, or do something completely uncertain, like starting a new business. He took the second option. It was risky to start a business from home with just the internet, a laptop, and himself, but his sixteen-hour per-day working cycle backed up the vision.

After hours of research, he started his new venture, 'Business Coaching.'
However, soon after its debut, the first thing that was thrown at him was a question: Karthik, why business coaching?
He answered that businesses are meant to have challenges, and he has gone through the same challenges that 90% of small and medium businesses face. Karthik is known for the troubleshooter approach, and he loves the process of solving complex problems and building simple solutions for them.
In the lockdown, several crises emerged in different places, and he thought this would be the best time to support small businesses, especially start-ups that required the maximum support.
Hence, he packaged all of his knowledge on building and scaling a business using a process known as "business automation."
In the last one and a half years, he has impacted over 42,000 people through his webinars, and over twelve hundred plus business owners have become integral parts of his paid community. They have learned the principles, techniques, systems, and strategies. These lessons have helped them grow to the greatest extent possible.
