With such recognition comes extreme responsibility and hospitality is all about customer satisfaction which includes ambience, quality and overall services, so we are further motivated to deliver the best.
What has been the key to your success? How have you managed to stay ahead of the competition?
The key to my success is positioning of our projects, strong admin staff selection and grooming. This keeps us miles ahead of competition.
How do you see your establishment grow in the coming years?
My vision is to have projects pan India in the coming years for which we have already started preparations, but such growth plans require huge investment and thorough analysis before actual implementation starts. So, we have aggressive plans for an IPO to fuel our growth.
