American Writer and Professor Joseph Campbell had once remarked- "Follow your bliss, don't be afraid and doors will open when you think they never would."

Mrs India Universe 2022 Akshita remembered the lines as she sat down with us for a brief interview. While focusing on her recent win she didn't forget to mention how it wasn't always easy for her. She said that now she is working with enormous brands, and has established herself as a renowned name in the modelling industry the road till here was not a cake walk.

She remembered how she went for Mrs. India Competition but couldn't even make it to Top 20. From there she had a choice to either lose it all or to bounce back and claim what she wanted to achieve in her life. Well it's obvious that she chose the latter. Akshita has also been honoured with the best model and influencer in the ethnic wear category. In a message to upcoming youths trying to make it big in the industry, Akshita said - "You don't have a choice, if you've opted for a path then you should be ready for its consequences as well, the path to success is always difficult and doesn't come without sacrifices.

While many think that failure is the end of the road for them, they forget that Failure is a part of success and must be acknowledged with open arms." She said that it is important to learn from your mistakes and experiences and then pass with flying colours. Only hard work, dedication, and perseverance can take you towards your goal and every step in your journey whether you're successful or unsuccessful will matter to you the most.
