These women workers at ReCircle collect, segregate and then recycle the waste that comes to the centre. Pic Courtesy/ReCircle
January comes with a mood to clean the closet, bookshelves, and the entire house for some. And now you have a pile of clothes you no longer wear, books you've read and re-read and even pieces of furniture that no longer fit your aesthetic. But this time, instead of discarding them, you can choose to donate them. If you are on board, here are a few NGOs who would be happy to take them off your hands and put the stuff to good use.
Left with scrap such as newspapers, metal, plastic bottles, etc? They can be donated too. ReCircle not only recycles them, but also uses the proceeds from it to help people in need.

Green Yatra will pick up your goods, sort them, repair if possible or recycle them.
