Kevin Owens then entered the ring to confront a fuming Seth Rollins. As the two-time Universal champion taunted Kevin Owens, he shocked Rollins with a Stunner and left the ring

Bobby Lashley, who is currently in a relationship with Lana faced off against Titus O'Neil

During the match, Lana's husband Rusev made a surprise entry an attacked Lashley viciously. While the police arrived and arrested Rusev, who had a restraining order, Lashley was taken out on a stretcher

AOP made a return to the WWE Raw ring as they faced Curt Hawkins and Zack Ryder in a tag match and brutally assaulted them with vicious Death Valley drivers, Last Chapter and a Super Collider for the win

Akira Tozawa, who lost at Survivor Series, went up against Andrade in a singles match and lost again after Andrade hit him with a Hammerlock DDT

Buddy Murphy faced a returning Matt Hardy and managed to pick up a win rather quickly, but had someone lurking around...

... it was none other than Aleister Black! After Murphy again mocked Black, he was met with an elbow and knee to the face, knocking him out of the ring

Humberto Carillo once again was scheduled to face AJ Styles for the U.S. title but The O.C. attacked him prior to the bout

Randy Orton, Ricochet, Rey Mysterio and Drew McIntyre came to the rescue of Humberto Carillo

The four of them then faced each other in a fatal-4-way match in order to determine the number one contender for Aj Styles' U.S. title

Randy Orton and Drew McIntyre were the first to be eliminated which left Ricochet and Mysterio

Rey Mysterio managed to go one up on Ricochet and secure the win in the fatal-4-way to face AJ Styles next

Rey Mysterio, who suffered a loss against Brock Lesnar just a day ago at Survivor Series for the WWE title made amends as he defeated AJ Styles to end his reign and become the new United States champion!

Rey Mysterio then celebrated his huge U.S. title win (his second reign) along with his son Dominik

Charlotte Flair took on her Survivor Series teammate Asuka in a singles match following the latter's betrayal

As Charlotte looked to find form, Asuka's teammate provided a distraction after which Charlotte was once again sprayed with green mist by Asuka (akin Survivor Series) after which she was pinned.

Seth Rollins faced Kevin Owens in the main event on WWE Raw. Both WWE superstars put on a brilliant front and exchanged superkicks, headbutts, chops and their respective moves like a Senton bomb, Frogsplash, Flacon Arrow and Slingblade. But that was not how it was supposed to end

AOP once again returned to the ring and ambushed Kevin Owens by attacking him leading to a disqualification

After the AOP left the ring Seth Rollins hit Kevin Owens with two Stomps to end the WWE Raw show. Does this mean that Seth Rollins has gone back to his old ways as The Architect? Does this mean Seth Rollins has turned heel? We will only find out in the weeks to come
