Erling Haaland: The Norwegian phenom will be tasked with leading the City frontline and will be expected to make excellent use of the service provided to him by City's incredible cast of creative players. Picture Courtesy/ Official Instagram account of Manchester City
Cristiano Ronaldo: Despite the likes of Martial and Sancho impressing in pre-season, Manchester United will rely on the 37-year-old to deliver the bulk of the team's goals yet again this season. Picture Courtesy/ Official Instagram account of Manchester United
Harry Kane: Kane is one of the Premier League's most consistent players. He's always there and thereabouts in the race for the golden boot. This time his support cast has been bolstered by the arrival of Richarlison, so expect Kane to produce the goods once again. Picture Courtesy/ Official Instagram account of Tottenham Hotspur
Mohamed Salah: The incredible Egyptian just continues to rack up the goals season after season. Don't expect this year to be any different. Despite the arrival of Darwin Nunez, Premier League defenders will still be far more wary about the threat posed by Liverpool's prized asset. Picture Courtesy/ Official Instagram account of Liverpool
Gabriel Jesus: Arsenal FC boast one of the youngest and most exciting attacks in the 2022/23 season. Landing Jesus from City was a big coup and he has hit the ground running by displaying brilliant performances in the pre-season games. He will be expected to continue that form when the season gets underway as well. Picture Courtesy/ Official Instagram account of Arsenal
Darwin Nunez: Nunez silenced the haters with what was virtually the game winning goal for Liverpool in their Community Shield game against City. Having shelled a ton of money on the Uruguayan, fans can expect him to be a fixture in Liverpool's starting line-up for the most part and no doubt he'll get on the scoresheet to the delight of fans and FPL players who own him. Heung-Min Son: Son usually flys under the radar, but the much-loved South Korean, is lethal in front of goal and finished the last season as the joint highest Premier League goal-scorer. His telepathic link-up play with Kane isn't just a treat to watch but also yields bountiful FPL points. Picture Courtesy/ Official Instagram account of Tottenham Hotspur
Riyad Mahrez: The Algerian winger is generally a fixture in the starting lineup of the Premier League champions and generally notches up a good number of goals and assists. With Haaland in the team, his goal scoring may dry up a bit but his assist tally could go up exponentially. Picture Courtesy/ Official Instagram account of Manchester City
Raheem Sterling: Chelsea made a statement by luring the deadly winger from Manchester City. The Blues will be hoping that Sterling can carry their teams attack and make them potential title challengers this year. Picture Courtesy/ Official Instagram account of Chelsea
Jamie Vardy: The wily, old attacker always seems to be underrated but yet he delivers a great amount of goals for his club time and time again. Vardy still possesses enough pace and is still lethal enough to consider him in your FPL teams as perhaps a differential. Picture Courtesy/ Official Instagram account of Leicester City
