There is grass on the wicket but who is to say it will stay that way when the second India v England Test starts on Saturday?

The Tamil Nadu Cricket Association (TNCA) secretary RS Ramasaamy said that pitch No. 5 will be used for the Test.

"We have five pitches with different characteristics, but it will be an Asian wicket. No one can predict when it comes to wickets. We are working hard for this," said Ramasaamy.

A turner is expected and considering the spin ammunition in both sides, India and England will not be too worried.
