Kolkata rape horror continues to make people angry. In a latest update, Akhtar Ali, former Deputy Superintendent of RG Kar Medical College, has filed a criminal case against ex-principal Prof. (Dr.) Sandip Ghosh, alleging a major corruption network involving biomedical waste management, illegal tenders, and unauthorized use of dead bodies. Ali claims that Ghosh has orchestrated various illegal activities, including exploiting failing students for money, awarding illegal kiosk stalls, and engaging in other regulatory breaches. Seeking High Court protection due to threats against him, Ali has requested intervention from the CBI and ED to investigate Ghosh`s alleged vast nexus of corruption. In his statement, Ali emphasized the severity of the scam and his commitment to exposing it, highlighting the need for high-level scrutiny to dismantle the extensive corruption network.
