Atul Subhash case: Court grants bail to wife & in-laws, Family plans appeal in high court

Bengaluru`s City Civil Court has granted bail to Nikita Singhania, her mother-in-law Nisha Singhania, and her brother-in-law Anurag Singhania in the Atul Subhash suicide case. Despite strong objections from the family of the deceased, the court decided to grant bail. Atul`s brother, Vikas Modi, told ANI that they plan to challenge the court`s decision in the High Court and, if needed, the Supreme Court. Atul mentioned that they had raised 15 strong objections against the bail, including the fact that the investigation is still ongoing. He stated that if they do not receive any relief from the High Court, they will take the matter to the Supreme Court.
