Watch: Goa Assembly by-polls: CM Manohar Parrikar casts his vote

Goa Assembly by-polls polling began in Panaji, Valpoi on Wednesday morning. Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar was seen casting his vote. Talking to media, he said, there will be heavy voting and till noon more than 50% voting will be done.
