Girdhari Lal Dogra was 'a man of high integrity': Arun Jaitley

Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley, who accompanied Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Mufti Mohd Sayeed, at the centenary celebrations of late Congress leader Girdhari Lal Dogra here, said that Dogra was a man of high integrity.
