PM Modi urged digital content creators to create content on the country, showcasing its culture and heritage

Calling the content creators 'digital ambassadors of India representing it on the global stage', the PM said, "You can reach out to any corner of the world in a fraction of a second. You are brand ambassadors of the vocal for local innovation"

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday presented the Most Creative Creator- Female award to Shraddha Jain (AiyyoShraddha) and Most Creative Creator-Male to RJ Raunac (Bauaa)

The awards were presented across twenty categories including the Best Storyteller Award; The Disruptor of the Year; Celebrity Creator of the Year; Green Champion Award; Best Creator For Social Change; Most Impactful Agri Creator; Cultural Ambassador of The Year; International Creator Award etc.

PM Modi further said that the National Creators Awards will have an important place in future and that it is a responsibility of any country to adapt to the 'new era' that comes with time

The Cultural Ambassador of the Year award' was presented to singer Maithili Thakur while the Disruptor of the Year award was given to Ranveer Allahbadia (BeerBiceps)

The National Creator Award witnessed exemplary public engagement. In the first round, more than 1.5 lakh nominations across 20 different categories were received, reported ANI

In the voting round, about 10 lakh votes were cast for digital creators in various award categories. Following this, 23 winners, including three international creators, were decided, ANI report said

Highlighting the significance of awareness about mental health, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday appealed to digital content creators to create content on the issue in local languages in an effort to reach out to the mass audience

"Issues like mental health are very important...I have faith in the talent of my country, I appreciate the sensitivity of the people of my country...Many creators are doing very good work regarding mental health, but right now we need to work more on this and if possible, in the local language..." the PM said
