The electric multiple unit (EMU) train arrived on platform 2A from Shakurbasti at 10.50 pm.

The woman had sustained minor injuries; officials said that she had received an electric shock. They added no one else was injured.

Usha Devi (39), hailing from Jhansi, was taken to a hospital and administered first aid; she was later sent to Jhansi, said the official.

According to the officials from the Agra division, after all the passengers and the crew deboarded, the train rolled down the track and climbed onto the platform before coming to a halt.

A high-level inquiry has been ordered into the matter, officials said and further added previously train traffic had been affected to due the snapping of overhead equipment (OHE).

The restoration work has begun and train movements on all platforms except on 2A is normal, the Railway officials added.
