Prime Minister Narendra Modi asserted that Article 370, which was revoked in August 2019, was not a priority for the people of Kashmir or the nation as a whole

Modi highlighted a sense of increased unity in Jammu and Kashmir following the removal of Article 370, leading to greater participation in elections and a boost in tourism.

The Prime Minister defended the government's decisions, stating that measures such as internet shutdowns were taken for the greater good, despite facing legal challenges.

Modi praised the enthusiastic participation of voters in the Lok Sabha elections, seeing it as an affirmation of citizens' dedication to the Indian Constitution and national values.

Modi addressed the frequent personal attacks by opposition parties, asserting that he has become resilient to such criticism over his 24-year political career.

Despite enduring years of verbal abuse, Modi claimed to have developed a tolerance for personal attacks, suggesting that opposition parties have resorted to abuse as a coping mechanism for their frustration.

The Prime Minister rejected accusations of using probe agencies for political suppression, emphasizing his government's commitment to zero-tolerance towards corruption.

Modi challenged the opposition to provide evidence to support their allegations of interference in the functioning of probe agencies, suggesting that baseless accusations are being used for political gain.

Asserting that the government does not interfere in the work of probe agencies, Modi called for a closer examination of the opposition's claims.

Responding to Arvind Kejriwal's allegation about his influence over judicial matters, Modi urged political opponents to familiarize themselves with the Constitution and the country's laws before making such claims.
