On Tuesday, JP Nadda, the national president of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), conducted an outstanding roadshow in the Haryana area of Rohtak. This rally, which was held to garner support for BJP candidate Arvind Sharma, was held one day following the conclusion of the fifth phase of the Lok Sabha elections.
Per an ANI report, enthusiastic fans were seen waving BJP flags beside Nadda's procession during the well-attended roadshow. JP Nadda and Arvind Sharma welcomed the assembly from a specially-built car that had a shade canopy to keep out the severe heat. The supporters were shown receiving flowers from Nadda, which energised the assembly even more.
Arvind Sharma, the BJP's candidate for the Rohtak Lok Sabha seat and current MP, was also present at the event. The Congress has fielded Deepender Singh Hooda to challenge BJP's Arvind Sharma in this constituency. Before this, Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini stated on Saturday that the state's citizens desire Narendra Modi to serve a third term as prime minister since the double-engine government's policies have affected everyone.
"From the past 10 years, the policies of double-engine government have reached everyone. People want to make Narendra Modi Prime Minister for a third term," Saini told reporters of ANI.
