The Ghatkopar police are on the lookout for 21-year-old suspect who allegedly raped a 24-year-old woman after spiking her drink, recorded the incident and then threatened to make the video viral unless she paid him. In a significant crackdown earlier this week, officers of the Special Intelligence and Investigation Branch (Import) [SIIB(I)] at Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House (JNCH), Nhava Sheva, intercepted and seized 112.14 metric tons (MTs) of Areca Nuts concealed in containers misdeclared as "BITUMEN" in import documents. The Sakinaka police have arrested Rajendra Shinde who fled to Latur after assaulting his wife and son over a dispute regarding the delay in bringing a birthday cake. He was arrested and brought back to Mumbai. The complainant, a woman living with her husband and son in the Sakinaka area, reported that the incident occurred on her husband's birthday. He had asked her to bring a cake for the celebration. Despite ordering the cake as planned, the cake arrived late, which angered her husband. This led to a heated argument between them. Read more.

Mumbai: Man shoots intimate video with a woman, his other lover makes it public

A man who made an intimate video while with a woman was arrested by the police along with his other paramour who shared the video online. The victim was unaware that the man with whom she had been intimate not only secretly filmed the act, but had also shown it to his other paramour. The Borivli police arrested the 43-year-old woman and her 28-year-old boyfriend for allegedly circulating the intimate video via several WhatsApp groups, including one that had the victim’s husband as a member. The Andheri police have arrested absconding land shark Clarence Pereira from Goa for trying to take over a 2 BHK apartment of a senior citizen in Andheri. Mumbai: Kurar Police arrest 2 habitual offenders for gold chain, bike theft

The Kurar police have arrested two habitual robbers, Moin Qureshi (24) and Sohail Qureshi (19), for allegedly stealing a gold chain on a stolen motorbike.
