Chief Minister of Maharashtra on Tuesday unfurled the national flag "tricolour" in Mumbai on Independence Day

Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde hoisted the national flag at Mantralaya and wished those present on the occasion. 

The Administrator and General Manager of BEST Vijay Singhal hoisted the national flag. He congratulated BEST's passengers and electricity customers as well as all Mumbaikars on the occasion of Independence Day.

Vijay Singhal said that the expectations of all Mumbai tax payers have increased from us for better service and he expressed his belief that with the cooperation of all officers and employees, we can fulfill all these expectations more efficiently. The ceremony was attended by a large number of officers and employees of BEST.

Naresh Lalwani, General Manager, Central Railway hoisted the national flag on the occasion of 77th Independence Day at Central Railway Headquarters, Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus, Mumbai.

Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar hoisted the national flag in the premises of the Collector's office in Kolhapur on the occasion of the 77th anniversary of Independence Day. He remembered the freedom fighters who fought for the freedom of the country and saluted them.
