A massive fire broke out at multiple units in Kurla on Sunday night, the BMC said.
According to the civic body, the incident was reported at around 10:20 pm on Sunday at Shivaji Mandai, CSMT Road, near Deluxe Hotel in Kurla (W). After the information was received the Mumbai Fire Brigade officials, local police and the local BMC ward staff rushed to the spot.
The fire brigade immediately began the fire-fighting operations to control the fire after reaching the spot. Two small lines, one first aid of eight motor pumps are being used in operation.

The civic body said, the fire has been declared as a level-2. The fire is suspected to be confined to atleast 20-25 galas (units).
It said, no injuries have been reported so far.
