Make your own tropical tea
For those who like experimenting at home, we had Prashant Issar, co-founder, Ishaara share a recipe for their Tropical Iced Tea (INR 200) made with pineapple, dill, cardamom and cold brew tea.
Ingredients
90 ml pineapple juice
60 ml cold brew tea
15 ml passion fruit syrup
15 ml cardamom syrup
Method
1. Cold Brew - macerate tea leaves in cold water and refrigerate for eight to ten hours.
2. Add all the above ingredients and shake with ice.
3. Serve in a hurricane glass.
