Arrabbiata is traditionally a pasta dish with a tomato-based sauce that is opposite in flavour profile to aglio olio, which is a humble pasta made of garlic, olive oil and chilli flakes. This eatery does a different variation of both, where the arrabbiata is based on carrots and the pasta for the aglio olio is made of zucchini, which is why the dish is named called zoodles aglio olio.
