Ahead of the release of superhero film 'Minnal Murali', Netflix hosted the film's world premiere in Mumbai. The film's lead actor Tovino Thomas along with Guru Somasundaram, and Vasisht marked their presence at the event, which was held on Thursday night in association with the Jio Mami Mumbai Film Festival. Director Basil Joseph and producers Sophia Paul, Kevin Paul and Cedin Paul have also attended the premiere.

It was not easy for Parambrata Chatterjee to shoot for 'Aranyak' in chilly weather in the Himalayas. Opening up about the shoot, Prambrata shared, "I would say that the most challenging location for me has also been the most fun. I think I've shot only once before in kneedeep snow , but having to execute a full-fledged, full-throttle action sequence in the midst of it. - that was very taxing. The temperature was going as low as minus six or seven and we were shooting constantly. We were battered, bruised and almost freezing. We couldn't stand at the end of the day, because most of us here are from cities or plain regions that are predominantly warm. Although I come from Calcutta where there are winters, it's nothing compared to where we were shooting."

Actor Ankur Rathee, who plays the role of Allen Menezes, a gay rights lawyer and activist in love with a cricketer who is afraid of coming out in the 'Inside Edge', has spoken about locking lips with actor Akshay Oberoi in the series. "It's first important to note that being gay doesn't necessitate a particular characterisation. There is as much diversity of mannerism and personality in gay men as there is in straight men. One's sexual or gender orientation doesn't define them and isn't something they always wear on their sleeve."

In an exclusive interview with mid-day.com, Sushmita Sen talked about Aarya 2 and said, "Now, I am moving in the right direction. I am marrying the person I am with the role I choose. It required a director like Ram and such a team to allow me to do that." Read the full story here
