Vacation time! Karan Patel, wife Ankita Bhargava and daughter Mehr are in the Maldives

Television couple Karan Patel and wife Ankita Bhargava Patel are enjoying at the beach destination of Maldives with their little daughter Mehr. The duo decided to kick start the new year by taking a family vacation to an overseas destination.

On Friday, Ankita Instagrammed a picture with Mehr and Karan Patel for followers and captioned it: "Mehr's First Trip Ever! This had to be done!! 2021 I Love U already!."

Ankita Bhargava and Karan Patel welcomed their daughter Mehr in December 2019 and the holiday trip to the Maldives happens to be the first international trip for Jr Patel. Ankita shared a list of other photos along with husband Karan Patel and daughter Mehr on Instagram. The Patel family surely seem to have had a ball of a time during their vacay. Without revealing Mehr's face, Ankita shared a picture, where the mother-daughter duo is chilling inside a pool, and gazing at the blue ocean at the same time. She wrote in the caption: "Oh, The Places You'll Go! This is just the beginning My Love! We just cant wait to take you around the world very soon !!!!! [sic]"

In another post, Ankita shared her 'touristy' picture, which was as catchy as her caption, that read: Yes! Finally managed to get one touristy picture of myself! But in the middle of looking out for Mehr,Getting the right pose,The right angle and the left over sunlight... I totally forgot to suck my tummy in #mommyissues #mombod #maldives #lovetravelling

And finally a perfect picture of the trio. The Patel family can be seen walking on the beach. Ankita wrote alongside, "So truth be told! I know I am in paradise and shud be clicking these Oh-So-Dreamy pictures that we see on Instagram! But I really couldn't do the Flowy dresses and Open hair jig with A toddler, Diaper Bag and the Beach bag in Tow! So here we are… At our most comfortable best in the most classic shot!" Ankita added that their pose was only for the sake of the photo. "P.S We never hold Mehr this way at all, This was just for this one picture! We never help her walk this way too! Totally unsafe for their delicate shoulders! [sic]"

Karan and Ankita married in May 2015 and welcomed Mehr in December 2019.
