Rupali Ganguly mourns demise of co star Rituraj Singh
Actor Rituraj Singh passed away at the age of 59. The actor, who made a strong impact with his performance in TV and films, suffered a cardiac arrest on Monday night. According to reports, he was suffering from issues related to his pancreas.
Amit Behl who was close friends with Singh confirmed the news of his demise. He told ETimes, "Yes he passed away due to cardiac arrest. He was admitted to a hospital some time back for treatment of pancreas returned home had some cardiac complications and passed away."
The sad news of his demise has shaken the entire television industry, now Rupali Ganguly has shared a long note to mourn Rituraj Singh's demise. The Anupamaa actress took to her Instagram and shared pictures of the late actor and wrote, "Dear Rituraj Sir, It was an honour to share screen space with you ⦠like an enthusiastic student getting to learn her favourite subject from a teacher who has taught many others, I was overjoyed ⦠You said you had seen my work and yet I wanted to prove to you that I could earn my place in the frame standing next to one of the legends of television whom I had watched growing up ⦠your all knowing smile after our scenes and your words of encouragement was like a report card to me ⦠I was thrilled by your kind words ⦠but there was so much more to learn Sir â¦."
