Gauahar Khan and Zaid Darbar had a grand wedding on Christmas eve (December 25). And while the rituals might be over, the euphoria around it is still fresh. For her special day, the Bigg Boss 7 winner looked nothing less than a princess in a bold gold and maroon lehenga designed by Manish Malhotra. The lehenga was heavily embroidered which went well with her floral jewelry which included a diamond neckpiece and earpiece.

Zaid matched well with his wifey donning a black and gold bandhgala paired with a matching shawl. Zaid is the son of veteran music director Ismail Darbar.

Just like their reception, their wedding ceremony was nothing less than a dream. For the wedding, Gauahar looked resplendent in her heavily embroidered sharara suit. Zaid too complemented her in a matching sherwani.

Gauahar also shared her first look as a bride a few hours after the wedding. "Qubool Hain (sic)", she captioned it. Earlier in the day, Gauahar Khan and Zaid Darbar posted pictures from their mehendi ceremony. In the picture, the sweet couple were twinning in green outfits. "Mehendi Masti (sic)", she captioned the picture with a heart emoji.

Gauahar's actor-sister Nigaar Khan looked extremely gorgeous in her green and golden kurta-sharara. Nigaar, who had relocated to Dubai after marriage, was overseeing the preparations to make it a day to remember.
