Continuing the tradition, the Kapoor family had a grand get-together at Shashi Kapoor's son Kunal's residence in Juhu on the happy occasion of Christmas. The family tradition was started by Shashi Kapoor's wife Jennifer Kendall. Now, son Kunal carries the legacy forward. The bash was attended by Randhir Kapoor, Rajiv Kapoor, Karisma Kapoor, Kareena Kapoor, Taimur Ali Khan, Saif Ali Khan, Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Tara Sutaria and Aadar Jain. Alia Bhatt accompanied beau Ranbir Kapoor for the Kapoors' Christmas lunch. Recently, Ranbir admitted his relationship with the Raazi actress. Kapoor said, "My girlfriend Alia is a bit of an overachiever, and she probably took every class there is -- from guitar to screenwriting. I always feel like an underachiever next to her". Speaking about his much-awaited wedding with Alia, Ranbir shared that the wedding could've taken place already had the pandemic not hit.

Kareena Kapoor was accompanied by her husband Saif Ali Khan and her cute little son Taimur. The parents celebrated Taimur's 4th birthday on Sunday, December 20. On the special occasion, mum Kareena wrote a heartwarming note for her darling son, along with a montage of throwback pictures of the birthday boy. The Good Newwz actress shared the post on Instagram and wrote, "My child... I'm happy at four you have such determination, dedication and focus on what you want to do... which is now picking up the haystack and feeding the cow (sic)".

Kareena's elder sister Karisma Kapoor happily posed for the photographers with daughter Samiera Kapoor and Kiaan Raj Kapoor. Karisma recently made her comeback with the web series Mentalhood.

Actress Katrina Kaif also hosted a grand Christmas party at her residence in Bandra. The bash was attended by well-known faces of Bollywood including Vicky Kaushal. Last week, Vicky resumed work after months due to the pandemic. He took to Instagram to share that he has started shooting for his new project. Posting pictures from the green room with what appears to be a script in hand, Vicky appeared ecstatic to be back on the set. Kaushal is slated to be part of a Yash Raj comic caper with Manushi Chhillar.

Ishaan Khatter and Ananya Pandey also attended the bash. The two were recently seen romancing each other in Khaali Peeli. The duo will be next seen in Shakun Batra's untitled drama that also stars Siddhant Chaturvedi and Deepika Padukone.

Angad Bedi and Neha Dhupia were also snapped at the party. Angad Bedi and Neha Dhupia announced their wedding in the month of May 2018 and welcomed their adorable baby girl Mehr in November 2018. Their loved-up posts look no less than a perfect family picture on Instagram.
