According to sources, Johnny Lever is reincarnated as a woman who falls in love with Akhri Pasta.

Sharad Kelkar: TV actor Sharad Kelkar plays a pivotal role in the franchise's fourth instalment, although nothing except his character's name has been revealed by the makers. Sharad's characters are named Suryabhan and Michale Bhai, and looking at the poster, it seems like Kelkar might have a grey shade to his role.

Rana Daggubati: He plays a beastly villain in the year 1419 (as can be seen in the picture) and as the reincarnated character, he appears to be a 'qawalli' artist. Akshay will reportedly be seen in a qawwali face-off with Rana Daggubati.
