After planning to work together in Munna Bhai MBBS (2003) and failing, Shah Rukh Khan and Rajkumar Hirani are finally collaborating for his next. We hear that veteran actor Dharmendra has been roped in to play SRK's father in the film also starring Taapsee Pannu. After a long schedule at the Film City, where a Punjab neighbourhood has been recreated, Hirani and his team will head overseas to shoot the movie that deals with immigration.

It seems all is not well between Kajal Aggarwal Kitchlu and Koratala Siva, the director of her next film, Acharya. The gossip mill started churning when the trailer of the Ram Charan and Chiranjeevi-starrer didn't feature a glimpse of Kajal. The Singham actor has not even shared the trailer on her social media handles. According to the latest buzz in the south, Kajal couldn't wrap up a few scenes owing to her pregnancy. The makers then had to rework the screenplay to justify her absence from the film, which apparently led to the fallout between them.
We hear the makers of Ranveer Singh's Jayeshbhai Jordaar have borrowed inspiration from global cinema icon, Charlie Chaplin. Apparently, the look, characteristic traits and some quirks of the protagonist have been modelled on Chaplin. "Ranveer and his close associates are gung-ho about the movie. His character will bring back the simplicity and naivete of Charlie Chaplin into mainstream Bollywood after a long time," says an insider.
Veteran actor Manju Singh, passed away on Thursday. Confirming the news on Saturday, the family said, "With profound grief, we inform you about the demise of Manju Singh. She lived a beautiful and inspiring life, devoted to her family and her craft." She was seen in films like Golmaal, Hanky Panky, and Ladies Tailor. The actor was 73 when she passed away.
