Amid second pregnancy rumours, Virat Kohli praises Anushka Sharma: Seeing her become a mother was amazing

Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli have redefined love by setting major couple goals. Being cheerleaders to each other to photographing goofy moments, they are simply adorable. The couple, popularly known as ViruShka, has a daughter named Vamika Kohli, who was born to them on January 11, 2021. Recently, there were reports that Anushka and Virat are planning to expand their family by welcoming another new member.

Amid reports of Anushka's second pregnancy, Virat said in an interview with Wrogn, a youth fashion brand co-owned by him, the cricketer opened up about the actress being a hands-on mother without compromising on her work schedules. He said, "She (Anushka) always told me if you know you are standing by the truth then you don't have to worry about anything because the path will carve itself out and things will always be clean and separated."

He added, "Seeing her become a mother was amazing, but I also saw what it takes to become a mother. Just the way she has handled everything, she has shot a whole film in between that, it is astonishing. That is when you realise the strength of a woman properly."

Virat then shared, "We met as two individuals and we have organically come to a position where we are growing as people, the personalities and identities are subsiding quickly. It's a blessing that we are constantly trying to become better every day."

Anushka and Virat's second pregnancy rumours made headlines after the actress was spotted outside a clinic in Mumbai a few weeks ago. Virat also made an emergency visit to Mumbai from the warm-up sessions before the World Cup 2023. However, the news is yet to be confirmed.

Anushka and Virat tied the knot in an intimate ceremony at a private ceremony at Borgo Finocchieto in Tuscany, Italy, on December 11, 2017. There were only 42 people. In 2020, Anushka announced her pregnancy. Sharing an adorable picture, she wrote, "And then, we were three! Arriving Jan 2021." On January 11, 2021, the couple was blessed with a daughter named Vamika. They are yet to officially share her pictures on social media.
