Here are four actors who underwent extreme makeovers for their characters and were unrecognizable on the silver screen.
Amitabh Bachchan

Rajkummar Rao
Rajkummar Rao has established himself as one of the most versatile and bankable actors in the industry. Over the years, he has experimented with, and delivered new and unique characters and we are here for it. The actor underwent a massive transformation when he played the role of a 324 year old man named Murali in Raabta. For this character he reportedly underwent 5-6 hours of makeup and prosthetic transformation every day.
Deepika Padukone
One of Bollywood's leading actresses, Deepika Padukone has time and again proved her mettle as an actor and an artist. The actress underwent a huge transformation for her 2020 film Chhappak where she played the role of Laxmi Agarwal - an acid attack survivor. Her transformation for the film is one of the books
