Panipat, helmed by Ashutosh Gowariker, is one of the most awaited films in 2019. Starring Arjun Kapoor, Kriti Sanon, Sanjay Dutt in pivotal roles, Panipat is a film that the entire country would love to watch. Now, the trailer is out and it looks incredible! Check it out below:

With the film's trailer out today, Arjun Kapoor took to Instagram to share a new poster that features the three lead actors in a pensive mood.

Doesn't this film look fascinating? We sure would love to know more about the third Battle of Panipat on which the film is based. Just yesterday, the makers of the film released the first look posters of the three actors.

Arjun Kapoor plays Sadashivrao Bhau, who served as the commander-in-chief of the Maratha army. Sanjay Dutt plays the founder of the Durrani empire, Ahmad Shah Abdali, and Kriti Sanon plays Parvati Bai.

Talking about the experience of working on his first period film, Arjun Kapoor told IANS, "It is my first period film and also my first film with Ashu (Ashutosh Gowariker) sir. He is one of the finest directors in our country. He has made amazing films like 'Lagaan', 'Jodhaa Akbar' and 'Swades'. I really had fun working on 'Panipat' and now I am feeling sad that shooting of the film is over because I learnt a lot from him in the process."

The film is produced by Sunita Gowariker and is scheduled to hit theatres on December 6, 2019.
