Actors often look for inspiration when it comes to portraying a specific role but sometimes, their personal experience comes in handy.u00a0Something alike happened to Neha Dhupia while shooting for her upcoming film with Rajat Kapoor. In this romantic comedy directed by Saurabh Shukla, she plays a beauty queen who is also a struggling actress. Well, to Neha, it sounded a lot like her own life!
Though the actress made her debut back in 2004 with Julie, she vividly remembers her early days in the industry. But at the same time, she points out the overwhelming differences between actually going through a particular experience and acting it out for the big screen. "When you're playing a familiar part, the struggles are similar to the ones you faced while you were trying to make it.
But to a certain extent only. Besides, your real life has more ups and downs than the character you're exhibiting does as the movie ends at a point," says Neha. She further adds, "There are a lot more challenges as you move ahead. In simpler words, the more famous you get, the less room there is for mistakes." u00a0
