Blissology is the art of living a full life by awakening a deep joy inside of us and using it to build harmonious relationships with our body/mind, personal relationships, communities, and with nature.

I teach the kind of yoga that makes you more happy! It is grounded in the ideas of Blissologyu00a0-- trying to help us find our own personal happiness.



My yoga classes are typically described as alignment based, vinyasa classes. We really try and promote a form of yoga that helps the body function better in the present and in the years to come.

I have taught yoga all over the world and I can say that it truly is a global phenomenon.u00a0 It is so popular because it is deep and covers so many aspects of one's life.u00a0 It is like the gym, temple, university and a spa, all at one time.

Physically, it is a great exercise that renews instead of depletes. Mentally, I view it as the 'big reset button'; it doesn't matter how many things have gone bad in your day, you feel like your radiant self again after a yoga session. And that's what Blissology is all about.

Full on fitness
All forms of fitness share basic similarities; they release endorphins, help us shed toxins, create fitness, get our minds off our worries and bring us back to a state of feeling good again. But in doing so, these exercises actually tighten us up and wear the body down.

Yoga is different in this regard. When you feel good at the end of the yoga session, you want to move to the next stepu00a0-- treat people well. So you also spread happiness around. Yoga can transform your size while making you feel good about yourself. Little wonder then that it is so popular around the worldu00a0-- with celebrities and the common man alike.
