Dr. Puttappa began his medical career in India before moving to the United Kingdom in 2001 to gain clinical experience. In 2003, he relocated to Australia, where he pursued further training and obtained a Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP). In addition, he holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Diabetes from Cardiff University, reflecting his dedication to continuous learning and specialization in chronic disease management.
In 2014, Dr. Puttappa established GP West, a growing network of medical centers across Perth, Western Australia. Today, GP West operates 19 AGPAL-accredited clinics, providing high-quality medical services and employing over 150 healthcare professionals.
