Meditate your stress away


Meditation is known to relieve stress, anxiety and help in focusing on the present. This daily meditation class is for those who are not able to make it a habit. The 20-minute class will be monitored by a teacher and you will also be able to participate in a Q&A session. The class will include breath-work techniques and introduce a few forms of yogic meditation such as natural breath meditations, yoga nidra and creative visualisation.

Fighting a pandemic in the head
