Tarasha Artisan Direct has put together an exhibit of rare and exquisite arts and crafts by artisans from Kashmir to Kerala and the North East to Kutch. Expect Kasuti, a rare embroidery from Dharwad in Karnataka and Lambadi from Tamil Nadu. For those interested in interior decor, there will be interesting pieces such as leather lamps, rugs, etc.

Aadyam pays homage to Girish Karnad

Annual theatre festival, Aadyam, which returns after two years, has chosen acclaimed writer, actor playwright Girish Karnad’s Hayavandana as its opening play. Karnad passed away in 2019. Directed by Padma Shri and Sangeet Natak Akademi awardee Neelam Man Singh Chowdhry, it is a modern classic that explores the duality of body and mind and promises to make the audience laugh and cry.
