Your devotion towards the game at this young age is India’s real victory.

Punia had earlier suffered a 10-0 loss in the semifinals against USA's David Taylor in the Tokyo Olympics at the Makuhari Messe Hall A. Punia was nowhere in the contest and Taylor had made light work of the match, and he easily wrapped up the game.
However, wrestler Ravi Dahiya managed to clinch a silver medal in the 56 kg category after losing 4-7 to Russian Olympic Committee's Zavur Uguev.
