At first, you wouldn't believe the things he can do with a football. But hear his name and you would be much more inclined to believe in his miracles.

Moreno Jesus was just like any other child in Spain playing football at every given opportunity. But even though he was part of his school team, the beautiful game was sidelined once he was introduced to freestyle football five years ago.

Though Jesus (pronounced Khesus) is his family name, people outside Spain call him Jesus and the freestyle football ambassador responds immediately.

Moreno, who won the Spanish freestyle tournament in 2008, is a die-hard fan of football giants Barcelona and loves to see Xavi Fernandes play for them.

"I started playing football in school, but ever since I has a crack at this sport, I got hooked on to it and football became second on the priority list," said Moreno, who is in the city to promote the game as part of McDowell's Freestyle Friendzy.

"This is a wonderful sport. All you need is a ball and you can have fun for hours. Having fun is the most important thing.

Also, the fact that anybody can take up this sport without even having played football or any other sport for that matter makes it special. All you need is hard work and patience," said Moreno.
