The tournament was organised by Police Gymkhana under the auspices of Mumbai Cricket Association. MIG won by 118 runs at Police Gymkhana. Chasing a 435-run target, National's Salman Ahemed scored 139 in 87 balls (13x4, 4x6).

Ahemed put on a 100-run opening stand with Swapnil Pradhan (62 off 31 balls). However, Dabholkar (4 for 135), Siddharth Chitnis (3 for 14) and Vijay Gohil (2 for 9) helped bowl out National CC for 317.

Parkar was adjudged Man of the Tournament for which he was awarded the Niranjan Shah Memorial Trophy. Shah, a prominent administrator, who served Mumbai cricket, passed away last year.
