ISL team Delhi Dynamos names Roberto Carlos as marquee player

Former Brazil and Real Madrid defender Roberto Carlos was named as the marquee player and manager of Delhi Dynamos franchise in the domestic Indian Super League (ISL) for the second edition of the tournament.
