Earlier, in the semi-finals, Anaai scored four goals in a 6-1 win over Palghar District.
Ayaansh Mathur and Arssh Gupta added the other goals for Mumbai while Palghar pulled one back through Om Yande.
In the other semi-final, Thane District beat Poona District 2-0. Saikrishna Menon and Nivason Golmei scored for Thane. Anaai was adjudged bagged the highest
goal-scorer award.
