Michael Clarke is hopeful the pay dispute between players and Cricket Australia will be resolved in the next week
The Australian Cricketers Association and CA will meet again today to try to thrash out a new pay deal that both parties are comfortable with.

Should the talks fail and there is no agreement before June 30, there is a real chance the players’ union will consider all their options, including a strike, although Clarke is confident that won’t be the case. “I guess from a player’s side of things we’re really keen to get this going,” the Australia skipper said.u00a0
