Team India today won the second Test against the West Indies at Eden Gardens in Kolkata by an innings and 15 runs.

Indian bowlers were however made to work hard on the fourth day of the match by Darren Bravo (136), Marlon Samuels (84) and Shivnarine Chanderpaul (47).

The day's play had started with Bravo and Chanderpaul resuming the West Indies second innings at 195-3.

The duo added 108 runs for the fourth wicket before Chanderpaul edged a Umesh Yadav delivery onto the stumps.

Bravo later shared a 132 run fifth-wicket partnership with Samuels.

The partnership ended when Bravo edged a Pragyan Ojha delivery to Rahul Dravid at first slip.

Bravo's dismissal kickstarted a West Indies collapse, as they lost their last five wickets for 62 runs to be bowled out for 463.

Yadav, the most successful Indian bowler, finished with figures of 4-80 from 17.3 overs.

Ishant Sharma, Ravichandran Ashwin and Ojha picked two wickets each.
