Coco has over 1.9 million followers on social networking website Weibo, and is often pictured boarding her private jet, or getting luxury handbags for her birthday.
Wang Sicong, speaking as his dog's voice on the account, writes in the caption: "Not sure what people are showing off on social media about. There is nothing to show off. I was forced to take action."
The post has also gathered thousands of shares and comments.
In China, an iPhone 6 costs 6,988 yuan (USD 1,047), while the larger iPhone 7 Plus goes for 7,988 yuan (USD 1,197). Forbes has put his father's net worth at USD 33.3 billion and is the world's 20th richest billionaire.
