President inaugurates India- Palestine centre for excellence in Abu Dis

President Pranab Mukherjee inaugurated India- Palestine Centre For Excellence at Al-Quds University, Abu Dis. He later paid homage to Theodor Herzl, founder of modern political Zionism, at his cemetery in Israel
