Islamabad: Ramesh Kumar, a minority member of Pakistan's National Assembly, celebrated Holi on Thursday while casting his vote for the Senate elections, media reported.

The Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) minority member of the National Assembly from Tharparker in Sindh province arrived at the National Assembly with sweetmeats and Holi colours, ARY news reported.
Outside the Parliament House, Kumar surprised everyone by playing Holi instead of delivering his speech.
He told the media that the festival of Holi marks the day of victory against oppression and the Senate elections and the Holi festival were equally important for him.
