Demanding that the IPL be banned, Bhegade said that the role of players in spot-fixing has tarnished the image of game, and that the trust of fans in the players and the game has suffered a huge beating.
When contacted, Inspector Ram Jadhav of Dehu Road police station said that because of the timely intervention of cops, Bhegade and his supporters gave way to the buses so that the match could start at its scheduled time.u00a0
