Telugu channel claims man with three women in explicit sex video aired yesterday is Governor Narayan Dutt Tiwari

Naidu said Tiwari should resign or the central government should sack him for bringing shame to the 'sacred office of the governor'.
Naidu also demanded that a Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) inquiry be instituted into the scandal, as some MPs were also allegedly involved in the affair.

Naidu's demands followed the airing of an explicit footage by ABN Andhra Jyothy channel, a private Telugu channel that shows a man in bed with three young women.

"Everybody feels ashamed after seeing this on television. This is a big sex scandal. It shows the declining values and ethics in public life.
Offices like Raj Bhavan are the temples of democracy and it is very unfortunate that such things are happening there," said Naidu, the leader of opposition in the state assembly.
HC halts video
After the channel aired the clips for a couple of hours yesterday, the Andhra Pradesh High Court, acting on a public suit, issued an injunction against showing the pictures.
However, the video had by then found its way to YouTube, where thousands viewed it.
The channel quoted Radhika, a woman from Uttarakhand, as saying that she sent the young women to Raj Bhavan on Tiwari's request through his aide.
The woman said she was exposing the governor, as he had failed to provide her an iron ore mining licence in Andhra Pradesh.
Radhika had girls transferred from the A P Bhavan in New Delhi, and upon a visit some time later, had the girls secretly visiting her in the night and crying over her shoulder about how they were being sexually exploited by the governor, his Officer on Special Duty (OSD), and several MPs who were guests of the governor.

Counsel for the Raj Bhavan Ravishanker Jandhyala was quoted late last evening as saying, "The Governor is 86 years old and in the evening of his life.
It is sad and unfortunate that constitutional functionaries are dragged into needless controversies.
There is absolutely no truth in the alleged news story, which is nothing but sensation mongering. The alleged news story is nothing but a tissue of lies and is denied. We will file a defamation case.
