During the investigation into a pornographic racket busted by the property cell of the Crime Branch, another model alleged that she was cheated and threatened to do nude shoots for Hot Hit Movies app.

The 29-year-old complainant from Uttarakhand registered a complaint with Malvani police, alleging that she was forced to shoot nude scenes at Madh Island bungalow.

The woman, who came to Mumbai for modelling opportunities, stated in her complaint that on December 29, she received a call from a friend who informed her that she has been selected for a movie that will be shot in Lonavala and she will be paid Rs 25,000 – Rs 30,000 per day for the shoot.

The complainant said that she agreed to the offer and soon she received a call from a woman named Alisha.

“She told me that the shoot is for HotHitmovies, a paid application, in which the videos cannot be downloaded and shared. She asked me to wait near Bhumi Mart in Malad (West). However, after a couple of hours, Alisha said that the shoot has been delayed as other actors are busy and she took me to her home,” the complainant said in her statement.

The complainant spent the night at Alisha’s home as the actors didn’t show up. On December 30, Alisha told the complainant that the Lonavala shoot has been rescheduled at Madh Island in Malad.

“Alisha brought an agreement written in English and her husband translated the clauses in Hindi. I along with Alisha, her husband, their house help Suraj Sharma and a cameraman named Monu reached a bungalow named Green Park, where a woman named Sapna Sharma and Rocky Singh was present,” the complainant added.

After shooting a few scenes with Sapna, Alisha allegedly asked the complainant to do nude scenes with Sapna as well as Rocky to which the complainant refused. “When the complainant refused to do the shoot, Alisha threatened her that she has signed an agreement which states that if she refuses to shoot a film midway, she has to pay Rs 10 lakh as compensation. The complainant also claimed that she was given a spiked drink after which they did her nude shoot,” said an officer from Malvani police station.

After the shoot, they all went to Alisha’s house and on December 31, the complainant left for her home in Kopar Khairane. On the same day, Alisha transferred Rs 30,000 to the complainant’s friend’s account.

On January 28, the complainant received a message from her friend who had shared the link of a website where her video was uploaded. The complainant’s friend said that the video is going viral. The complainant called Alisha but she did not receive her call.

“Based on the complaint, we have booked Alisha alias Yasmin Khan and two others for forcing the complainant into porn films. The woman has alleged that Khan and her husband had made her sign a contract for a film shoot and forced her into acting in porn film. A case has been registered under IPC Sections 292 (sale of obscene material), 420 (cheating) and 34 (common intention), and relevant sections of the IT Act,” the police officer added.

No arrests have been made so far.
